I couldn't reproduce this kind of goal anymore.
I don't know what file did this.
It's happened suddenly after for some reason my personal settings doesn't load, so I needed to create another one.

I tried to repeat this same process, but I didn't have success.

Some months ago, I put some strings related to goalnet or goalpost in several .ini files. But nothing happened. So I gave up and I let the files there in FIFA 16 main folder.
So when my personal settings didn't load and I created a new one, the goalnets appeared in that way.

lmao a year later and I'm still as obsessed as you are. Whenever I go back to playing FIFA 16 I always end up getting upset with how bad the nets physics are in this game. I'll always wonder why the practice nets are so much better and why devs made things that way.

I wonder if it’s possible to unlock training mode in career ? @JochemLFC2 where you can do drills with the whole team etc…

I've taken to playing around with these strings again. I mainly use this one : SOCCERNET_TRI_NORMAL_LOOSE=500

It's the only one that gives me some kind of illusion that the nets behave normally. The ball bounces back out more, the net itself feels more alive. But today I've tried the infamous SOCCERNET_BOX_SHALLOW_LOOSE_2_SUPPORTS. Of course it causes the bug where the bottom of the net is lifted up in the air, but it reacts like nothing I've ever seen in this game. The ball actually stops upon contact with the net instead of rolling akwardly until it reaches the ground. It looks and feels even better than in practice mode. So the physics for it exists in this game, it just creates a stupid bug.

Not enough people care about this. I'm willing to bet that most players think the net physics of this game is perfectly fine.
