The rule is pretty simple, a youth team (it must have a parent team set) cannot be promoted to a first tier league. The next classified team is considered for promotion. This does not apply to Db data at the beginning of a career (you can change the db if this is the case)

No, the game architecture cannot support this, it was designed to be a career game. But with RFS_Master you can modify the DB to have a unique competition with the teams and the format you want and here you go. That's your only option.

I wonder if you know how work parametrized messages in programming, let's say that we wont to provide the news:
"Ansu Fati has joined Monaco on loan after extending his Barcelona contract to 2029"

We can think it as
<Player> has joined <Team1> on loan after extending his <Team2> contract to <Year>
and you can reuse it for every player, loaning team, receiving team and year.

The news system will be built using many of these short titles that will be feed when specific events happen in RFS.
I am planning to build the Italian news system but I don't have the knowledge for doing it in different languages (also English would require a Mother Language guy)

So if you are interested in building the news system for your language contact me privately.
I will provide you a list of events for which you should create parametrized news.

To contribute to the news system does not require any competence in modding. You just need to collect news text and transform it in phrases with parameters, as in the example. I will provide you a list of events that will be associated with news. Each event will require something like 10-20 different ways to say the same thing. You can get real examples from news web sites. The news will be very concise, a couple of lines that are normally only the title in real world news, but with all the information needed. For example some real news sites avoid to explain the subject in the title to force you to click on the page, we don't want this. The news have to be short and clear.

We can talk on PM so we don't mess this thread.

Good evening everyone. While playing the Club World Cup on RFS I noticed two bugs that I wanted to report. The first one happened during a match where the referees were wearing blue uniforms. The linesmen and the fourth official had no heads and their arms were bugged.
The other one is that the stadium of Houston Dynamo make the game crash.
