If it werent because fucking Italian teams doesnt care about Europa League and play reserve teams there, Serie A would have 4 CL spots already...
the simple of math it says that all Serie A has to do is match the Prem's tally this season, and they'll usurp 3rd spot ...

last season seems to suggest that the interest in the UEFA Cup has been revived in Italy ... with movie maker divas like DeLaurentiis wanting movie style storylines, and given Napoli's association with the competition during their golden era, competing for the trophy makes for an inviting publicity op with Maradona while he's still alive and generally sane ... plus, with a Champions League spot finally on offer, a competition that had lost its way has been given contemporary significance again ...

I have huge respect for Napoli, but I didn't see the Europa League semifinal against that Russian/Ukraine(?) team. But from what I've heard Higuaín had one of his shitty matches in the second leg. The guy is very well known as a bottler in important matches. Now did he really miss a lot of chances in that game? I'm just curious. If you happened to see that match? :o

My world needs no healing, it's as good as it is. You probably haven't experienced this and never will, which is good by the way. I wouldn't recommend my lifestyle to anyone.

And no I'm not going to bother Az with PMing with some silly shite, thanks for the advice though.

You did PM me you fucking idiot.

Xifio has just gone back to public enemy number one for encouraging this sort of behaviour.

English teams need to get their sh*t together and stop making it hard on their UEFA teams to succeed in the league. They deserve to skate by so England can triumph in Europe and maintain its 4 CL spots so that those same 4 teams can continue to make more money than everyone else. I can't believe the Swanseas and Evertons aren't more considerate that way.

Hahahaha you're funny about the Xifio part and there is no need to insult me like this, that is just plain rude. And yeah I did PM you, but I'm high as a fucking kite and thought why the hell not? You know you don't hit a person in the mouth who's asking! Lighten up my main man!

If I ever get my mod powers back the first thing I'm doing is permanently banning you.

Now why would you do that? I might post a lot when under the influence, mention stuff that I shouldn't. But it's not exactly that I'm posting nonsense. I know quite a bit about football in my opinion. And actually contribute to these threads. There are way way way worse posters than me (not mentioning anybody) who can be quite clueless at times, but for them it's normal and they aren't threatened with some bans. I can drink or do anything and still function normally.

Anyway I hope you don't get your mod powers back! Plus I know Alex, Calumn and Sepak so that's that! :D You seriously need to lighten up my friend.

Juve is even better compared to the rest of their league than Bayern.
points difference at season's end provides a false perspective ... you won in March with 7 games to spare, while Juve won in May with 4 to spare ...

Your league must have really gotten better. I'm arguing with a guy on twitter who says Insigne and Higuain would start for Bayern.

Bayern II? To be fair you do have two (three if you include Rafinha) former Serie A players who start for you. Higuain and Insigne wouldn't add to that number anyway.

lol.

Insigne is better than Coman though and I think he's started more than once this year :mambo:

Maybe, but he's really weak mentally. Everyone in Germany bends over when Bayern comes 'round so he easily looks world class. Was great for us too against the likes of Parma, etc.

That's what I'm saying! Coman is awesome, and while I'm sure Insigne is a good player, he doesn't offer that one world class trait to get on the pitch that Coman does with his pace and dribbling.

Plus, Coman isn't exactly a "starter" for Bayern. He plays based on rotation and matchups, but Muller, Gotze, Costa, Robben are all ahead of him in the pecking order.
