Squad file make career mode crash

hello, I noticed that it's last time that my manager or player career mode crashed after launching a new game. I looked everywhere where the problem came from and I found it, it comes from the squad file apparently it would be much too big for the career mode, so I tried with a blank squad file and it actually worked.. .But there is something that I don't understand, how do other mods prevent it from crashing? is there a technique? thanks in advance !

it's good I found, the problem was the country of the league, that is to say at the beginning it was normal Austrian but I replaced it with Morocco which caused the career mode to crash, I I put it back as before and now it doesn't crash anymore !
