Go on then pros, tell us how to bend a ball, how to kick with the outside of your foot properly, how to nutmeg a guy, hell, how to tackle properly.

Me and my leftback love to trap attackers in the corner. You have to guide the opponent into the corner by opening your body up and "showing him the way".

I don't really know how to describe this but, for example, if you want to force your opponent left, open your body up and have your back face the right. That way, chances are he's going to try pull a trick on you and run right but if you're a right footer then he'll be at a disadvantage. So he'll probably just go left. That way you can force him into the corner and have a teammate back you up.

Yes, I can't describe anything properly. :(

here is one trick:
....kick the ball towards the goalbox as you cover your eyes....result: as u uncover your eyes...you will see the ball sailing over the crossbar:crazyboy:

I like to "Materazzi" strikers whenever I have to defend. We also like to do a Rodney King against attackers when we get them in the corner. It's quite entertaining:D (H)

bending a ball? nutmegging players? man, these tricks are so easy. nutmegging u just move ur non-on-the-ball foot closer to the opponent, and that makes them a little more complacent which lets u nutmeg them VERY EASILY

i love my chip shots.....im usually anywhere in the opponents half and i just chip the ball, catchers the backline off guard as it sails over them and drops right behind them, lol

Nutmegging good players is no easy task I can assure you. It's all based on body movement and posture. It's quite hard to nutmeg a good defender.

And one more thing, don't be so cocky. We may have newbies to football here who don't know how to bend the ball properly. Jeeez.

zidane skills vs albacete is my fav. one.... the one dat he dribles the ball at the left side of da pitch &cross it... (i dunno what it is called..)

When I play defence against inexperienced attackers, I tend to make a sudden move for nothing just to startle the attacker. He will think that I'm going for the ball and he will instantly go left or right or make a move. And when he does it is very easy to stop the ball and take it away.

But you must not lose ur balance when u do this, cuz that way u'll be completely out of position.

Again, this "trick" :p works on inexperienced players, probably not very well on pros...

gain 40 pounds and just run straight with the ball at your feet... no one will get it off you unless they foul you

Diving is pretty good when you know ur losing the ball, it's good to make something out of nothing.
:rockman:

I know this is not the way to play soccer tho... :p
