Ok everyone,
Still lots of problems I know but we are going to try to keep the draft alive.
Firstly, let me explain the format of the voting stage - read carefully, as there are some changes from previous years.
First there will be FOUR GROUPS of FOUR TEAMS, all drawn at random.
Teams that finish first will go automatically through to quarter finals. Teams which finish second and third will go to quarter final playoffs to - these playoffs will be SEEDED so that second placed teams play third placed teams.
The Quarter Finals WILL NOT be seeded, so two first placed teams could play each other, as can team which were in the same group.
Each member can vote for TWO teams in each group - there will be NO TIEBREAKER VOTES. If teams are tied for second and third place, there will be a coin toss, but if teams are tied for the all important first and second place divide, or third and fourth place divide, there will be a DIRECT PLAYOFF.
EVERYONE CAN VOTE, including non draft players, though members who are obviously just signed up to vote will be discounted and may be investigated leading to disqualification.
TRY TO VOTE ON THE FORUMS, HOWEVER IF YOU CAN'T YOU MAY VOTE ONLY BY SENDING ME A FACEBOOK MESSAGE WITH YOUR VOTES. No votes posted anywhere else will be accepted, once votes have been PMed to me they cannot be changed, even if you later come to the thread and vote differently the original ones will stand. If you vote for any more or less than two teams your vote will be discounted and you CANNOT vote again.
