Brother do you have any idea why this happens ? I have put them with the model and the texture, and only the texture and in both cases this happens, even putting it from CM16 it looks like this, the problem I think is that the texture files do not have the correct size.

Could be two things. Either the texture has been turned upside down or the model's uv doesn't match with that of the texture's.
