Rest of Europe is a FIFA21 (also going to be available for FIFA20) patch which makes European football even more enjoyable as it adds to the game four "regional" European leagues (North, East, Central and South) containing 66 teams with authentic logos, flags, kits and squads. You will also be able to play with those teams in CL and EL.

2/ If I remember I might do so

4/ Free Agents probably but I havent decided yet
5/ Probably English but there is a possibility that it will be in other languages
 
How difficult is FIFA 21 to make a new team? Someday I'd like to try to patch the new national teams for the career mode.

With the NTs it is hard as you cant make new teams in FIFA you can only replace the old ones and I dont know if you can replace a club with a nation. And clubs in general you just have to make the squad (just create the player in the in-game editor and later just edit the potentials because the default potential is always set to 99), you have to move the original players to Free Agents or if u want just delete them. You also have to make kits, logos and if u want flags and others
 
Can you added Maccabi Haifa and hapoel beer sheva .
They also played in UEL qualifying rounds.
 
I can make you a custom version with them, PM me what teams you want to replace wit them

The patch is in works, I am not having much time though as I have school. I will keep updating about my progress
 
Currently the work on the mod is paused. I have some kits done as well as some squads, but it is not much. And school as well as my personal life are more important for me at the moment.
