Release date for demo?

It's been posted in FifaWebPortal.com that EA has postponed the release of the demo due to errors during testing.
Which brings a thought...
EA had mentioned they were in the part of getting the demo through testing with ATI cards. And suddenly they are having problems in testing...

It's only speculation, a conspiracy theory, a mwah-ha-ha-ha thought, but it's a thought anyway...!

Fifa 98 had the best gameplay to date and fifa 97 is the most fun and simple (as in when you push a button your player does exactly what he should do) game I ever played.
Unfortunatly it's not just you, there are tons of you guys who only play the newest things. Which basically means that old gems are left behind and forgotten.

My friend's uncle works for EA Guatemala and 14 minutes ago he told me that they've been informed by EA Botswana that the demo will be released on the 10th of September 2006. Demo size will be only around 600 Megabytes to make sure that users with 56k modems will play it as soon as possible and it will have many unique features:
- It is playable
- Play one half for 4 whole minutes + around 5-10 seconds of stoppage time.
- Manage to score the same goal over and over again by the same player with the same celebration after a few matches.
- Automatically generate a post on SG about how realistic the game is and make everybody happy.

Sounds like the FIFA 06 Demo to me, although you're out by 300 Megabytes.
...
I really, really hope it's not the same story with FIFA 07 this year again. We'll see.
