Question about league editing

Greetings forum! Would someone please be so nice to give me a tip about a thing I have in mind. The thing is that I want to play with Boca Juniors but also want to play in Champions League and Liga Europa, so how can I make Argentina to be in Europe using Creation Master(yeah I know it sounds silly but...)My idea is to change Argentina with Ireland for example or other country or just add it. I was trying to make it through the "Trophy" but to be honest it seems difficult to me and don't want to mess up things. Thanks in advance!

edit dlc files. change the id of argentina league for ireland , so teams will play c¿in champions . you will have to check the champions structure to see how many teams will play ucl
