Yes, it's very easy, you go to 08SE\POPU\, SCOREBOARD FSH there, open with FSH TOOL and edit BMP with photoshop.

Tip: You can MOVE CHANNEL a bit to the LEFT (When you TURN TEAM NAME ON, you still can see the TV)

When you check "APPLY...", does a box "BUILDING NEW SCOREBOARD" appear ? If not, please UNCHECK this option, I'll fix it.

IMPORTANT: YOU DO NOT CHECK OR UNCHECK option WHILE PLAYING GAME. JUST ONE TIME BEFORE THE GAME.

If you have FIFA Korea WRU 1.0 Patch, upgrade to 1.1, because the very first one has graphics compatibility issues

When I play 800x600 the scoreboard looks fine but when I play at 1200x760 (or something like that) at the right side of the ESPN logo appear another little logos of the tv thing. Does the scoreboard stuff works fine just @ 800x600 and 1024x768? Or there's any way to fix that issue?

I haven't tried 1200x760, just tested at 1024x768... And there is a KNOWN BUG,
sometimes, the scoreboard will have a SMALL pic on the left... I don't know how to fix.

I have that file actually, but still crashes. It has happened to me before, with the indicator importer program .
