Tokkee I found how to add real faces to referees in Fifa 11 for pc. It is the same for fifa on the ps vita .
For Barbosa referee Id 29, simply use his headtype ID for the head and set the headclasscode in the referee table to 2
For example, Barbosa headtype ID is 1521 so his head would be :
head_1521_2.rx3
I will need your help assigning hairs for referees because I noticed the hair contains bugs when added.

Wrong coeff file, you need to convert it
