Patch with only top 5 european third division

They recently released a mod for PES 6 with only the top 5 European second divisions I had an idea of a patch with only 5 main European third divisions. And the last division that would be easy to recreate (since in Spain and Italy there are 3 subdivided leagues), is the last one where teams with big fan bases usually stop (except England), it doesn't stop on FIFA dates, and it's at a good distance for those who are already tired of media teams and players and still with a good presence of traditional teams and with many teams with good average attendance. The CEP patch already has some third divisions like Germany and Italy, if I'm not mistaken, but it doesn't have Spain and France.
