What's up with sponsors in Scotland so often being shared by multiple teams?

Well that's the same in England really isn't it? Arsenal and Man Utd are with nike, chelsea and liverpool with adidas as of this year, a couple sides with Lonsdale for example. Probably just more noticable up here cause there are fewer sides. The majority of teams in the lower leagues are made by TFG, xara or some other diddy kit manufacturer.

No, I mean shirt sponsor. Like how both Celtic and Rangers have Carling, and used to have :ntl, and both Motherwell and Dundee have Anglian now.

Ahh right. Well there is big money to be had in sponsoring the Old Firm isn't there? Anglican probably see it as a way to promote themselves, both Motherwell and Dundee Utd were left without sponsors so they probably just took a chance.

A good way that the lower league teams, like my team Ayr, raise money is to raffel off the shirt sponsorship. Granted you can end up with some weird sponsors, we has a local bakers on our home shirt season just gone and this year our away sponsor will have a fan's name on it.

There is no resemblence at all, stop calling them power ranger kits. The base color is the same .

They are aweful though.
