More realistic/variety results in Career?

I don't know if this has been discussed before (if so, please point me to the thread) but is there a way to change the dlc or other files in order to gain more variation results during career mode? While still being realistic?

I do not mean the simulation of your own team (I always play anyway). I mean the simulation of all the other teams and matches (match days, other leagues etc).

Specifically:

1. More surprise and "wild" results during match days or through the course of a season. Just like in real life where you have an upset every once in a while or a really high one sided results (5-0, 6-1 etc). They don't really happen a lot in career but that's not realistic actually.

2. More variation in table ranking. You know, not always the same teams becoming league champions over and over again and also not always the same teams being relegated and promoted back again (between 1st and 2nd division). This really gets boring after a while and again, doesn't really reflect real life.
