GREAT Galaxy vs. Chivas match tonight (Y)

Both teams went at it and played very open and the crowd as great too.

eh that would be great.. if he came to TFC wow, Toronto has many Portuguese people and alot of people from the Islane hes from

Would like to see that, but I think a creative MF would help us more.

Dichio played a good match yesterday! Once some of the midfielders get used to him, I think he will end up being a good addition.

yea better then Casey.. btw i dont like how Mo leaves Miguel Canizales on the bench i really like him and hes been one of our most consistant players through the 4 games

Show your face, Arash. (H)

So TFC finally signed a back-up keeper? For awhile there it was like on FM when you have to use a "gray" keeper.

Also, that rule with reserve teams. What if he played 90 minutes for the reserves and was forced into the match because Sutton got injured, what would the rule on that be?

Pauleta or any other decent striker would be useless for TFC right now considering the lack of service our forwards have been getting. I definately agree we need a creative midfielder first..

If it looks like one, and smells like one, then it is one.

What I'm talking about Toronto fans, is the good ol' panic trade. Guevara, despite all his talent, will do more harm than good. Seriously, I don't know why MoJo would want him after all the drama they went through with the MetroBulls. Even though there were several encouraging signs of progress against Kansas City last Saturday, I believe these types of performances will be more the exception than the rule this season. Finally, if TFC grabs more than 10 points all season, I will drink a 2-4 of Molson Canadian.

I'd take a gamble on Guevara if all I had to give up was Nagamura. I'm not saying he's a bad player - I thought he was good when he played for the Galaxy. But so far he has not played well for TFC, and he looks like a bad fit in Mo's system.

Eddie Johnson, player of the month in April. Trying to prove he still deserves that spot on the national team.

Nagamura has been awful, any trade at this point is a good trade IMO. The last couple of aquisitions (Wynne and Dichio) were nothing but a positive influence in their debuts.. by the looks of it it'll probably be mid-season before this team actually comes together..

Make the penalty for losing having to drink a case of watered down American-brewed Bud Light and I'll take you up on that bet..

United finally picked up a point, took em four games

Only Toronto is left :(

edit: Just saw the highlights, that Reis save at the end, holy mother :o, save of the season so far

Guevara decided to go back to Honduras.

And if you drank a 2-4 of Canadian after being used to American beer, you'd be in trouble (H)

The ref so so ****ty vs the Revs, straight red card for joseph after he get ball first LOL, and a pk for DC on a shoulder to shoulder play. :nape:

I noticed they call a lot of fouls in the MLS.

It would be sweet if they made it a tough league, like where they allowed it to be more physical, atleast like the Premiership. It would give the MLS a cooler identity and please the American fans (they might start respecting the sport and feel proud of their league. The downside would be less classy players would want to join the league.

I think it depends on the individual ref. Because the TFC-Kansas match at KC was decidedly rougher than the one in Toronto and even included a pushing match incident which I thought for sure would have resulted in at least yellows. The ref just warned the players off. He also let a lot of contact and hard tackles go, which was nice.
