I am the original author, but now Latvia NT plays on Daugava stadium.

First of all, thank you for making it and kotiara6863 for converting it to FIFA 16.
Secondly, there are plans for Latvian NT to return to it.
Thirdly, it is used by Riga FC that is in latest Infinity Patch and most likly will be in next too, because they are current Latvian champions and most likely will win title this season too (9 points clear and 4 rounds to go, tho 2nd place have played one game less).

You don't need to convert it, it already works, just copy the rx3 files with replacement and that's it, it plays perfectly.
