I'd really need the FIFA 21 kit textures from Romania's Liga 1. I need them to create the Liga 1 kits for my FIFA 07 Patch. You're probably busy but I had to ask someone. I'm not sure if they are available anywhere else. I have FIFA 21 too but it's on PS4 and I can't get the kits/textures/minikits from PS4, right?

You can find textures exported from PC game. Including Title Update 8 where are some Romanian kits updated!

Those FIFA 21 kits or textures are in some weird format that are not recognized by paint and photoshop. I need them in a familiar format (like png, jpeg, bmp, etc) that are recognized by photoshop since I create the kits for FIFA 07 in photoshop. If they would have been recognized by paint or photoshop, I could have changed the format..

Its not weird its DDS. Of course it works in photoshop

I even wrote that, read.....

Textures are in .dds, just install Texture Works plug-in for Photoshop to open the files.
