Probably the balls are assigned for winter time only (in the revolution mod version used on the moddingway patch)

Have you tred changing the season to winter and change the weather to see if the balls are chosen correctly?

any chance winter balls for bundesliga and french ligue 1 see a release? those are the only ones I think should be added to fifa 15, as far as winter balls go
