Inter Thread [09-10]

well, Inter would settle for an identical 0-0 result, and then aim to take 3 points at the San Siro on Matchday 6 ... no matter what else happens, that would win them the group (I've checked my math, and that should be right) ... it is up to Barcelona to make the match a cracker ...

I don't think anyone should 'expect' a win against a team in this group. Inter must look to win with Barca but they probably will be defensive. Should be a really good game, alot at stake.

Milito and Lucio have been great buys so far.

"expecting" would be presumptuous, I agree ... but the immediate aim would be to qualify top ... and the plan, if I'm reading Mourinho right, would be to take a point from the Camp Nou (maybe sneak a win if the opportunity avails itself, but don't chase the win), and then aim to bag the full 3 against Rubin -- who Inter will know all about now, following the first meeting in the group, and of course after the Barça matches allowed the world to see Rubin's particular qualities on display ...

Moratti, on the other hand, expects Mourinho to deliver the Champions League this season or next ... otherwise, well, you know ...

Inter Thread 09 10

Very good idea Vipaman Inter has been develpoing and concentrating on the young talants.. Weve seen only 2 youngsters so far.. I have no doubt that Mourihos courage move to pick the young ones and make them play as much games in the Serie A will make the other young talants that we have to start working thier asses to get the attention.. Mourinho is a genious

Here is what I predict will be the next surprise from Inters primavera : Antonio Esposito

This match was quite tough for you guys. (I've thought it before this match too) I don't think the penalty (which led to milito's goal) isn't that obvious. Well, the shouting of crowds suddenly became louder before the end of match and when I saw the score (Cagliari 2-0 juventus) and I lol'd.

It was a very legit penalty. He stopped Milito inside the penalty. Very stupid defending.

And the juve result is great for us since I consider them a greater threat than Milan.

Quaresma played well. He deserves to be man of the match.

Mourinho should play him more often in the league. With Sneijder having long-term injuries, Quaresma would be a great replacement for Sneijder; especially the last match against Rubin Kazan (CL).

Quaresma played his best match so far in Inter colours ... he looked good when he came on against Barcelona last week actually, making a few good runs ... but he finally got a start, and he did not disappoint ...

for the first time, his decisionmaking when choosing a pass was good ... and he picked some excellent passes onto his teammates' forward runs ...

his movement once he had made a telling pass into the box was still lacking though ... there were several times when I felt he found Milito or Muntari on the edge of the box, but he did not continue his run on the right side to offer a return pass option ...

he nearly notched himself a goal ... and even though he missed, it was good to see him using his left foot, instead of trying to trivela it ...

this performance better mark a successful return to the fold for Ricky Quaresma ...

MERDA!

MERDA!

MERDA!

MERDA!

MERDA!

MERDA!

It means poop. Inter is poop.

Remember this word for future references to Inter.

In this case the use of the word is not determined by position on Serie A's league table. Unfortunately. In all cases it can also be used as a synonym for Inter.

Too bad we're still first.

The season is young. This will be a huge morale buster for Merda.

Milito is some serious garbage. Too bad in Mourinho's eyes nobody else but him gets a chance to play.

I'm bored with Inter winning recent 4 league titles.

nothing is compared to CL. That is so much lively competition.

Coppa Italia is headed next.
