one of Lampard/Gerrads gets benched, but since they can't play in CM together that's the best solution.
Alternativley put Gerrard a bit to the left (like vs Argentina) and J.Cole either goes out or plays AM for Lampard.

Crouch can get thrown into the game with at max 20mins to go to confuse the opposition defence as he did vs Urgugay and Argentina)

Aaron Lennon can be brought on if Becks either get's subbed or to allow him to drift inside or when J.Cole goes further upfront he can go on the left. Aaroon brings a lot of pace, dribbling, passing. He's one of those who could turn a game.
