How to install FIFA 14 from DVD ? Or EAApp ?

I'd like to do some modding again.
I have the FIFA 2014 dvd.
When I want to install the DVD, I have to install Origin, which I didn't have.
I get a menu to install Origin.
So I installed EAApp to replace Origin. But I don't know what to do with EAApp!
FIFA 14 isn't even in EAApp, or where is it?
But is the DVD useful???
Do I have to buy FIFA 14 again from EAApp ? But where ?
So how do I install, play and mod?

Check your manual. It has the activation code. Redeem it in the EA App.

No, I enter the digits and the answer is this was not registered and now its mine.
But after that do not received a link, a download didn't start and when i try to launch from the disk i had always to launch Origin for nothing. I cant bypass.
I dont know what to do or what is the next step
