The menus for international tournaments are made for the World Cup Patch that has no career mode.

But you can adjust it:
1. replace the layout file for mainhub (data/ui/layout) from ex Champions League menu
2. rename files in data/imgAssets/tiles/mainhub as in ex Champions League menu.

@Derbyoflove , do you have any idea if it could be possible to convert/change the IDs of the PL or Bundesliga scoreborads to make them work with another league (one that use the default 9 IDs)? If you think it is possible, could you guide me please on how to do it?

Edit: I found the solution.
I just had to rename all the overlay_60xx.big to overlay_90xx and keeping the overlaycomponents_6 original name. My initial mistake was to rename it to overlaycomponents_9.
So pretty easy.

Overlays Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2

I made the neutral version as requested by @nikolapfc89 but kept the red version as well. The reason is if anyone wants to recolour for his own team or taste no hex editing regarding font colours is needed.
Scoreboard is done by @nikolapfc89 and updated with fonts by @STrent (correct me if I'm wrong)

With CGFS you can assign each tournament their own scoreboard.
For manual use: Bundesliga and Premier League have their own IDs but all other tournaments work with the same overlay IDs. Therefore need to be overwritten before you start a match (basically CGFS does the same but automatically)

Fix was released couple of posts later. But I am working on an update on the Bundesliga at the moment. Don't expect anything big but it will look better.
