The error is in the size of the slots in your files... what I did here and it worked is exporting the textures and using a pre-existing one from FIFA 16 and reimporting it to the default file just renaming the ID to that of the official competition ... and bingo, it worked.

The pedestal file must have the size of 855kb, the mediapen file 44kb and the podium 194kb. So the size is consistent with the game reading... what happened is that these files coming from the friend ENZO are bigger and give this rejection for that for some reason. And yes, you must also logically name the competition accordingly, id_53 for LALIGA and id_208 for Copa del Rey.

I did everything as you said now there is no game crash the graphics should appear in the last match of la liga when the team wins the season?

maybe is because of the mip maps? they increase the files weight

how did you done that? I used CGFE16 to import to the .rx3
 
yeah, the files are smaller, but how did you done that?
I took the file mediapen_53_textures.rx3 which i had in the europa league prop folder and renamed it also took the europa league file and put your texture in the podium file it reduced the file size
