I think he's making them on two bases:

- for the fifa 21 original stadiums, they are converted previews.
- for the others, he collects HD pictures and resize adapt regarding the time and day (night or daylight). He's working on V2.

This is the ones I'm adding on my addon, but not to charge him too much, I think I'll get to manage to make this for the missing ones that are not in HBZ mod but in our mod (like South African 2010 rest, some various like Bursaspor, national teams home grounds not in HBZ etc.
Note there are also some that need to be done twice for us (a few ones):
For Atalanta, Stadio Atleti Azzuri d'Italia is kept on my mod while Gewiss Stadium (actual Atalanta) is a different ID.
For Cagliair, Stadio Sant'Elia 90's is different id from Stadio IS Arena (actual Cagliari)
For Besiktas, Vodafone Arena is different id from Inonu Stadium (old Besiktas)
For Sporting Charleroi, Stade du Pays du Charleroi from Classic patch is from Euro 2000 and actual Stade du Mambourg (charleroi) is different id (same stadium but upper stands removed and colours changed).
For Marseille, blds has only New Velodrome from HBZ, so Old Velodrome has different id and still no preview.

This is why I can only for now add those made, I don't have time to make all the ones we need more for now with the first release aim

stadiums previews for HBZ mod v3 of course, without any hesitations, since they are needed for the CP addons too
