what are the bankruptcy rules?

The program is run every saturday directly after the weekly costs has been drawn. (player salaries, youth education, stadium expense, etc.)
If a team shows negative funds it is put into a log.

If a team shows negative funds for x weekends in a row the following tasks are made:

Negative funds for 1 weekend:
* Nothing happends

Negative funds 2 weekends in a row:
* A warning email is sent

Negative funds 3 weekends in a row:
* A warning email is sent
* All trainers leave the club
* Youth education is shut down. This will cause the youth players to leave the club if it is not raised by next week.

Negative funds 4 weekends in a row:
* A warning email is sent
* A number of players put them self on the transfer. The startbid is (player value / 2) and the deadline is set 3 days forward. The number of players that put themselves on the transfer are depending on the club cash, the player values and how many players that are in the club. The best players always leave the club first.

Negative funds 5 weekends in a row:
* Team goes bankrupt
* An email is sent explaining to the manager what has happened. It also includes information on how to search for a job in a new club. The process for searching after a new club differs for different countries.

The warning emails are always sent to the users MZ email and to the email the user used for registration.

Remember checks are made every Saturday after expences are paid.
 
How big should the stadium be?

You should build your stadium to about 8000 to 12000 capacity using the following proportions:

75% terraced
23% seated
2% VIP
The attendance you can expect varies due to several reasons. It depends on the division you're in, your rank, your winning streak and of course the capacity of your stadium. Stick to the above percentages to make maximum money from gate reciepts. Remember you only get anywhere near full attendance at league games.

WFO = Word From Owner. It's the area below your team's information in Clubhouse>>Team. You can edit it by going to Clubhouse>>Team>>Edit Info. That's where you put in your team logo :-)

I'm guessing that your question is how to train a player in Speed. If that is the case, there is a track on the left side of the training field. That is where you can train your players in Speed (Upper Half) and Stamina (Lower Half).
