This is not a @Lagwagon93 error. You probably have a bad converted database. I think some value is not compatible with FIFA16 limit. It could be beard or hair.

I know what the problem is, a couple of hair models present problems in CM. However, they should work fine in the game. Have you tested them? This specific face works fine in my game.
