Also, there are many mods created by different authors around the world that are sold exclusively as paid content. Yet I haven’t seen any of those paid mods—especially ones by European or American creators—being shared for free on your site.
So, is the situation different in the case of the Fifaman mod just because its creator is Russian?
To be clear, I’m not trying to start an argument. I just want to understand the situation better and make sure the rules are being applied fairly and equally for everyone.

We are not associated with Electronic Arts. But since the games we mod are owned by EA, we play by their rules here. This is not an exclusive case for fifaman. If you share the link of an exclusively paid mod here, it won't be affected by the rules since mods are not allowed to be exclusively paid in the first place.
