Big problem for editing. For the first time since this big and bh format they have compressed the .big files. That´s why none of the tools work. I mean we face something new that could requiere lot of work to decompress.

i've tried every known algorithm of decompression. (LZH,LAZMA,GZIP,ZIP,LZW,BASE64 etc) no results. i've mailed a guy who's help me to understand the chunkzip2 compression of last year, i hope in his answer otherwise we can't edit the game. or at least Rinaldo...

for me 13 demo runs much better than fifa 12.. maybe because i'am using D3DOverrider.. and i don't have any crashes at all.. (replay0.bin read-only)

Running without any issues so far on Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, GTX550 Ti AMP!, 4GB RAM, steady 60 FPS all the time. What I noticed is that players are forgetting ball oftenly, they just dont pick it up, it's a bug I think.

they left a file data8.sma and from what i know the ".sma" was used on counter strike :-? i think this file has the "key"

Well , i downloaded the demo today.First impression:Just the same with fifa 12 .Maybe just a little update vissualy and what i noticed in gameplay , is that i really like 1-touch , at least at the moment.

Other than that , it has THE SAME issues , at least for me.
I did the replay0.bin read-only (deleted the old 1gb file in the documents, created an empty txt replay.bin (no txt extension) and then and only the game started._
Again the same situation in the controllers.
THANKS TO FIFA 11 , 3 .ini files (buttondata etc) in the game folder of fifa, were used again in fifa 13 (so in fifa 12) order to play with my un-suported controller.
Having all these, i still had the game settings problem. Fifa config exe just (at least for me) continues to update ONLY the fifa_config in documents.Maybe because of the replay0.bin file i said before , it still cannot see any change i made to the settings.I had to copy paste the file in the docs , with the one which is named fifa_config_default in the installation folder.Then the game runs with the Settings i want.

Of course i was remembering all these from last year , when fifa 12 had EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUES>

I want to ask here , why i keep having the same issues?do any of you had to face the above situation?

Two new problems though:
First:
I Dont have any crowd in the stadium.Why is that? I get this on fifa 12 as well , but there i had install fidel's optimization tool.

Why the roster is not updated?

Same here man, this is a ******* disgrace, ain't gonna pay for this if it will not be fixed in the full version. I can't even freakin' play in the Training Ground, everything goes white and I see only the little red triangle over Messi.

i had been playing fifa 12 at high/max settings and no lag (or little) .Fifa 13 seems that it needs definetely higher gpu/cpu to run ?!?
I play fifa 13 now with medium/2x anti-aliasing and fps seems the same on fifa 12 when it is maxed out.

Game crashes on set-pieces (Corners, Free-Kicks etc.), and it seems I am not the only one having this problem. Other than that I've liked what I've seen.

Oh and for the guys who are asking for Arrows moving the players, just go to Settings > Controller > Press E > Press the Right Arrow, and there you have it. You can also change the shooting, passing, crossing etc, buttons.

But the set-piece crashes are absolutely terrible. What the hell is that?

I'm installing the demo right now. I will take a look at the big files soon. I think we will handle it, I had no problems with the chunkzip2 last year as well.

If EA guys can create a new file, there are many super editors who can edit that too... I really hope for the awesome FIFA 12 tools to re-emerge along with CM IN fifa 13.
