Okay, I think I know what I have to do to make the celebrations visible, but I'm not 100% clear on the exact steps so cannot describe what you might be able to do to enable them. Can you simulate a win of the Ukraine cup in tournament mode and let me know if you see a celebration please.

Maybe he thinks that there is this celebration here for FIFA 14 on PC and responding to him, this only exists in the console version.

This is related to a bad loan in the 8.12 UEFA DB. I do not know why these players are linked to the club. I'll have to fix this.
For now you can fix yourself:
Open the DB in DB Master
Find the 'playerloans' table
Delete these two rows:

433238	161332	21
433249	161331	21

Save
Start a new career mode, and the problem will be solved

So the cup is working, but the league isn't. I can't remember off the top of my head. Does the celebration usually come on the day you win the league or the last game you play?

Usually the celebration comes on the day the league is technically won, i.e. this can happen well before the last game.

Search for it on the forum.
Get the ID from patch - you can do this by opening CM15 and locating the stadium in the stadium tab
Replace the files as per the folder structure

You are using a custom theme, which you must have installed because I don't have themes activated by default.
Open FIP Theme Manager and install the default theme

Yo @Harry BullZak, in career mode, there's an issue where I'm going through the calendar where I'm supposed to attend a press conference, but sometimes I check my emails and the press conference option doesn't pop up. This happened to me a few times, but I didn't think too much of it, however it's happened too many times to ignore. Is there a way to fix this?

Harry, I have been told about a strange situation in the game. Explaining:
Playing v8.12 UEFA with Valencia. After the fourth season the team finished on 4th place. This should win a place in the CL. But the team is sent to Europa League. Nothing changed in the game. Installed on clean FIFA 14. Only few stadium files updated. What's the problem?
