These packs include all FC 24 PC faces for FIFA 14.

PC vs Nintendo Switch
FC 24 on Nintendo Switch for the first time utilizes Frostbite, making a PC version a primary source of faces from now on.

The authors of these faces are EA Sports.

players folder contains .lua files to activate via Revolution Mod; var1, var2 and var3 folders contain face variations

Friend, don't take this as a mistake. I just think it's the conversion method... many of the hairs are very pronounced or somewhat shiny so to speak...

that is the case, honestly idk why
Depay has a custom bodytype, but why are other players with unique bodytypes having similar issues?
Even buff Adama Traore has good looking neck, so why would Depay be different?

they're probably hair with accessories

This problem is probably hardware-related
There's nothing wrong in the conversion itself
4 MB textures are for models with accessories; accessory texture has to be stored somewhere, so it's 2 times big. Decreasing size is decreasing quality.
If you need to, you have to do it yourself. I can't tailor it to fit everyone, because it's impossible.

People with low end PC will get random crashes.

But please kindly reduce the size?

Use FIFA FILE EXPLORER.. You can easily lower the hair texture resolution..
