It all depends on the settings you're using. Your screenshots clearly show that the rendering quality has been set to either medium or high and this is the cause of the problem. Set the rendering quality to low & the problem will be fixed. I've actually seen this issue before but I don't know exactly why the rendering quality affects some of the boots when it's been set to medium or high.
