Creation Master Standard - What is it?

Just to inform you that the release CM09 will be "CMS Ready". It means that it can create and load CMS compliant patches. So, as soon as the standard will be completely defined, we can start to use it.
 
I'm interested in bringing the Argentinian league to Fifa 09 (directly from Fifa Manager 09). It should be CMS compatible, so if anyone is ahead of me on this project, I can happily quit and wait for it. Anyone...?

I have completed the definition of CMS and I have included it in the Release 1 of CM09. In CM09 now you can find a CMS help and a subfolder CMS below the directory where CM 09 is installed. It was a huge job so I guess that some errors could be inside, please let me know if you find. CMS is an open system, what is defined in this first version is just a starting point but if you need more objects to put in he standard just ask for them. I am going to open a CMS page at sweetpatch where you will have the possibility to ask for a CMS extension. In the meantime feel free to post here.
 
I have see the new final-version from the CM09. It's great!

Ok, nice work I have checked the CMS files in the Creation Master 09 map and they are clear ;) I'm from the Dutch site Fifavoetbal.com and we are working on a netherlands update, but I will secure it's CMS ready. It cost me a lot of time to assign the new ID's to all the teams, because I had to import everything again.. but it works OK now. I only have a question: in our patch there will be also B-teams of some dutch teams. They don't have a assigned ID, so what should I do? I could use some ID's from amateurteams?

Question, what will happen if we add extra player for each team. How we assign up to 30 players, can we still considered CMS Compliant.
 
I just wanna to raise the questions that several Asian countries have just ended/nearly ended their 08 season, like China and Japan etc... (Just like the Nordic countries) There are no place to add the promoted teams to China 2nd, Japan 3rd if we follow the id list.... (I know that someone in China does make a patch for their second and third divisions)
 
To everyone may need an id for a new team, or stadium or whatever (but not players) just ask, write down the list of objects you need and I will assign the unique id.

Respect the rule for players allocation described in the CMS help. In your patch an average of 25 players for each team must be respected but you can have one team with 30 and the other one with 20. This is acceptable and you can still declare your patch CMS compliant.
If you really need more players to be allocated ask for a reserved set of ids.

myx, I prefere if you make a request including all the objects at the same time like savuz did, and allocation of additional players should be done only if really necessary because the number is limited. For example you already have 45 lithuan teams that means 45x25 = 1125 new players. I really wonder if you need more.

Ok, understood.

Just a suggestion for the time being.
How about if we use the national team ID as well to allocate for addition player of local team.

For examples in One-A patch, say we have 14 teams + 1 National. Most players of national team also plays in local team. That would means, if out of 25 players of national team, 20 comes from the team of the existing patch, I can stilll use 20 of the vacated ID for local team.

Comment please.
