Converting faces to FIFA 14

Firstly, this is a post about FIFA14 face patch, and from your screenshot, it appears that your game is FIFA16. I also play FIFA16 and downloaded many face patches from the FIFA14 section of the forum, including those in this post. All face patches can be easily converted and used with the tool. So when problems arise, they are basically caused by your own operation, and you are blindly blaming the author here.

Hey guys, does anyone know what this error is due to? I'm following the steps from here https://soccergaming.com/index.php?threads/creating-faces-via-facegen-and-blender.6468485/ It seems weird that he didn't get this error, I guess he did another step that I don't know about. If someone knows how to fix it, I'd appreciate it.
