I have an Idea about old kits

As you know kits's patterns, models are changing in years, but when we draw, make old kits for FIFA 13 they look like old kits on new kit models...

Here is an example:

This is a kit from 1994 of Paris Saint-Germain, we can draw it for FIFA 13 with kit templates or etc. but it won't look same as kit looks like tech-fit in game.

So I am asking if we are able to model the kit detail, the arms, the sleeves, the shirt tightness etc.
