Timo Hildebrand would be the best base in my opinion.

EDIT: They look exactly the same in real life, but now I've checked and Hildebrand has that custom made face by EA. (not scanned, but also not generic )

Yeah... These custom made faces by EA do not exist in Fifa 15. You can convert if from Fifa 14 to 15.
