Armband Master Problem

I have a 'small' problem with the Armband Master 08. When I use it to import new armbands these new armbands doesn't show in the game neither in quick game mode nor in league mode... I don't get why.

I have had others importing the armbands using the same program and they have had no problems... so I simply do not get what is the matter...

Anyone who has experienced the same and/or have a solution?

omg that's embarrassing! But THANKS! That has really driven me kind of crazy... And I just should have read the Help-file...
