Adding the option to transfer players yourself in career mode

If anyone has played Fifer's realism mod, I basically mean how when you play a career mode you can use the added option in the career mode menu to transfer players yourself... just like when you go to the edit option and transfer them before making a new career mode. I wanted to see if someone knew how to actually add it into the career mode menu. I know it's possible to do because somebody did that with the "edit player" thing and added it to the menu.
