No... the shorts won't be included because the player thigh models aren't good, and the shorts don't show legs but lampposts. They look like 5-year-olds. So, it's best to avoid them...

The hair is a conversion from other FIFA games. Since they were developed for a different graphics engine, we can't use the hair as it was originally intended.

Do not open it from "fifa 14", download fifa 14's crack called "fifa14-3dm" and open it from there.
