I'm working on a new feature to fifa 16 career mode that brings custom club transfers to fifa 16 career mode.

Why is this a big change in FIFA 16 Career Mode?

• • More realistic transfers: If you encounter a transfer that feels unrealistic or doesn't fit within your career, you can reverse that transfer.
  • More realistic competitions: When a team gets relegated in FIFA 16, there is often an exodus of better players. Now, you can sell players from the relegated team yourself, leading to more variety in teams that get promoted or relegated.
  • Apply recent transfers: Just started a career with Liverpool and Trent decides to move to Real Madrid? You can transfer players to another team during your career without any transfer negotiations.
  • Create your own challenge: Have you always wanted to create a simple challenge for yourself in FIFA 16 Career Mode? It's now easy. Start a career in the league (with a different team) of the team you'd like to challenge yourself with. Download my joboffer.ini file, sell the better players from the team you want to use before the season starts, and simulate until the month you want to begin your challenge. Go to 'job offers,' and chances are your new team will be listed there.\
  • FIFACareerTracker: Want to know which players are the best in your career mode, or see a player's overall rating without scouting? With this mod, you can view it without the need for scouting.

How crazy bro, a few months ago I modified the transfer file to not have unreal transfers, the bad thing is that only the transfer market moves when I sign, the other teams stopped signing or there are only 2 or maximum 3 transfers in career mode, although those 3 transfers are realistic, even loans move more, but this will make us have to fight less with those unreal transfers.
Definitely all of you make this game grow more and more.

Update: I have added the button in to the menu and replaced transfer funds request (Don't worry, you can still do a transfer funds request).

I now have to link the button to the club transfer option. We are really close to a brand new mod !

Hey @JochemLFC2 Awesome work as usual. Exactly what I needed for my career to undo unrealistic transfers I have one question regarding loaned players. Does moving a player to a new team cancel an existing loan or is the player still on loan for the original team? It would be a neat feature for the career when a loan isn't working out as expected and a better team could use this sort of player right now to move him to this team instead.

Hi my friend, I have not tested this out yet. It would even be funny to test this out with Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Dortmund II.

I think I it could work but make sure you save your career before trying.

jochem first of all I must tell you that a great job and very good mod. I have a concern if I sign a player the issue of the transfer money as is done and salaries or is the signing free?

Jocheem, I tried to implement it in our patch here in BRAZIL, it opens the gap... everything is fine, but the problem is not transferring to team A, B or C... all of this happens and works. But it was enough to change a player's place and playing is not possible... the game crashes with a simple change.
