Since we have acces to files from ea for years and a free acces to pictures with sites like Getty images it’s not illegal at all , but since you just want to give pointless point let’s say sure.
i spent around 12 hours of work on that ounahi since it was one of my biggest work for FIFA after school , so yes I call it work.

Unfortunately you don't understand laws, we have pictures from getty images and EA files but you can't use them to make money, that's illegal,if they were to sue you they would win.

Honestly, I don't understand much and I don't see much logic in that regulation of "asking permission" for having something to share with the non-profit community, but hey, I don't want you to delete my thread because there are faces that might be of interest to someone else in their games.

You can do it like everyone else does, tag them on twitter, there's instagram too.

But I'm sure, if you say you want permission to create your faces in FIFA and that you're going to make money with it, they'll want a part or they won't accept it.

He might have converted to fifa 22 or 23 and then converted back to 16

thats just an extra step
i was asking if he used retopology, wraping the pes head to have same UV map as fifa
or he resized the uv map of pes, added mouth from fifa, etc
or another method?!?!

FIFA 14 and above are almost the same, they have the same UV map, only different in vertices which lead in more animations for latest fifas, and probably different position, because of the body model.
might be wrong, tho
