Great Sterling and Olic looks good aswell. You should may try to work a bit more on the texture and especially it's colours. At the nose-area the face looks too red while it's a bit greenish on the chin :/

Amazing Sterling, and nice Olić but try another eyes and diffrent hair rest looks fine
