I have never truely understood this system one bit.

You acquire some youth player who seems to never imrpove over the course of a season, then after that first season, he is done for, no more time for improvement, hence leaving you with one slop of a player on your squad!

This was from the one time I tried this when I was playing WE6.
First off, how can you improve this players skills by the greatest amounts so that he is atleast an average player? Also, how many people actually spend time getting youth players?

It's easy when u have the new palyer to improve u need to play with him all the games u can !! i know he is almost a non player with such a low stats but every game he plays if he scores or if he makes good pass's it will give u 30 or 40 points each game to put the stats better ... i made a players with almost all 99 in the stats ! U need to play with him and if u can, Make the penaltys with him so he can score =) ! Have Fun(H)

agree with friks, maybe the amount of points per game is related to the player's match stats.....I'll try to verify

The only thing that sucks is that this guy's name will be Japanese, while all the other players will have latin names, if your game is patched that is ..

Actually, Rhapsody's patch does include at least some of these names in English - I just signed a Norwegian "sprout" with a name in Latin Characters. I did notice they were missing in the Devil patch, though.

I have to admit I've never really tried it much. Friks, does late-match subbing count? If so, maybe it's wise to stick these guys in when you have a reasonable cushion.

Does anyone know if there is a cap on the amount of improvements you can make to your prospect player? It's sort of like looking a gift horse in the mouth since my guy has already got 99's in many categories, but I'm just curious because I'm no longer able to gain/add points to his attributes. The growth box is now greyed out and inaccesible even though my prospect consistenly scores goals. Anybody out there have any experience with this?

Ok !

Ok So this is like this ... U have time to develop the player .. So U have to play with him all the minutes u can and do with him all the goals u can make .. But when the time of developing end's u cant do nothing u stay with the player like he is ... he dont develop more .. so .. it stays forever like that.. Well if u put him playing like a latter sub he will play less minutes than all the match so i think less points (H)
