Im in my first season, and having never played PES before I cant figure out how to pick up and train youth players. First of all, where do you pick them up? Second of all, the train youth players option doesnt work. Also, another question, can you offer players new contracts? Thanks a lot.

go to negotiations, apply negotiations, search by team, change the teams with Q and E(on PC), and there is one that should have a leaf or something, that is the growth menu...there are youth players...

another question
I have another question regarding the youth players. I brought 7 youth play at the beginning of my first season in ML, I was training them throughout the first half season (I don't know if it is first half but 2x wks already...). And now, after I won't a cup (forgot the name already...), but I found two of the youth players cannot be trained anymore. There leaves me only five players to train. What's wrong with it? I can't train those two anymore? if so, I may consider releasing them because I consider training as a very important aspect of this game and I really like training someone up in the game. Do you know the reason for what I am encountering?
