Youth players and their training

I played my first season and I brought Petipa, I trained him but he is not that supreme at the moment, I found that, starting from the last few matches, I was unable to train him, but it seems like, by that moment, all the trained aspects take effect. I now with a Petipa with 99 as the attack, maximum speed at 97, acceleration at 8x and six to seven of the other aspects rate at 8x... I just want him to be all rounded (99s... crazy

But now, as I started the second season, I was unable to train him. So, I brought some other young players and try to train up the others. But, actually, I may restart the first season to make Petipa, or who ever I buy, the best rounded player.
