Your favourite ISS move?

I'm asking this for two reasons - firstly to find out if people enjoy ISS for the same things as me, and also hopefully to discover some plays that i've never used. I love the way in ISS you can imagine you're playing real football, and the tactics you use on a football pitch really work on the game.

So.. when you're playing ISS, what are your favourite moves/tactics to employ?

eg when you win the ball in midfield and create a 3 on 2 (midfielder + 2 strikers against 2 defenders) it really is a vital chance to score... and I love finishing it using thru balls etc.

I love it when I am on the couner attack and I hit a long ball from the midfield and it goes over the last defender and then my striker controls it elegantly and I go on to score a sidefoot goal. That feels so good.

I love counterattacking from when my opponents have just failed a corner. You pass it quickly up to one of the strikers, who chips the ball over the two defenders, perfectly through to the other striker, who beats the keeper to it, goes around the keeper, puts the ball easily in the net. Perfection. :D

i prefer keeping the ball in possession, controlling the ball and finally releasing a thru ball to the strikers! REAL MADRID STYLE! :p

I have ISSPE2 and I made a move the other night I wish to do more often, but it was something special.
My right winger setted up a 1-2 with my OM and when he got the ball back, he crossed the ball first time(!) and my left striker at the far end of the box scored with a half-volley! :cool: :)
That's the kind of move I like :rolleyes:

Well, depending on the how the game flows I like to play 3-5-2 or 3-4-3. In master league, my squad contains of course players like Ronaldo and Schevchenko, who can burst thru the defense. When I start to play bad in midfield and cannot move the ball around, I switch to 3-4-3 with Kenneth Andersson (Arial Supremacy!) as the center forward and Ronaldo and Schevchenko as the wingers. High Ball to Kenneth, who collects the ball and passes to either of the wingers, cross, Kenneth header and goallll! I have the version of ISS Pro Evolution released in US, so the roster may seem a little bit dated, but hey it works...
