Your club's best XI ...

So what's the best XI that you've ever seen pull your club's shirt on? As my side's Newcastle, it'd go like this....

GK: Shay Given - Bloody brilliant keeper. So agile and great to watch.
DL: Robbie Elliott - I'll never forget his mad scoring run he had in 1997. I would've considered John Beresford here as well.
DR: Andy Griffin - Scored against Juventus! Warren Barton's probably better though...
CB: Phillipe Albert - Can't understand why we got rid of him. He was class. And he finished off the 5-0 win over Man Utd in style.
CB: Nikos Dabizas - Newcastle's most prolific centre-back.
ML: It's a tie between David Ginola and Laurent Robert. Robert probably scored the more spectacular goals but David was just as good. Possibly more consistent on the wing, too.
MR: Tough one. I guess Keith Gillespie for his part in the 3-2 win over Barcelona.
MC: Robert Lee. Great servant to the club and he scored the mythical hat-trick against Royal Antwerp. All with his heed, like.
MC: Peter Beardsley. No arguments here. He was class.
FC: Alan Shearer. £15m well spent. One of a kind.
FC: Les Ferdinand. The two go hand in hand. It was such a fantastic partnership.

Right, what about you guys?

Senior Squad
First, these are the players i got to "see" play i coulda named other Barça legends (Cruyff, Maradona, Kubala...)but i'ma keep it contemporary:

GK Zubizarreta - Barça's and Spain's NT undisputed keeper for many years

RB Ferrer - 'El chiqui', a member of the 'Dream Team'
CB Puyol - Nonstop motor, hustles all the time, can play any spot on defense

CB Koeman- Great assurance on defense and a killer FK taker.
LB Sergi- similar to Ferrer
RM Figo-a monster
DMc Guardiola-Great product of Barça's youth system, great organizer, passer and FK's.

AMc Ronaldinho/Laudrup-pure class
LM Rivaldo-one of the World's best while on Barça.
FC Stoichkov-My favorite Dream Team'er.
SC Ronaldo/Romario-no explanation needed.

I dont really know Cardiffs best ever XI as I am too young, but the team I would choose now is
GK: Warner
LB: Collins
CB:Vidmar
CB:Page
RB:Gabbidon
LM:Parry
CM:Kavanagh
CM:Robinson
RM:Langley
ST:Earnshaw
ST:Throne or Lee

Paulo Da Silva

Starting XI
we i'll also chose players that i have "seen" play. I'm only 16 so take that into consideration.

GK. Vitor Baia---the best portuguese goalie ever
RB.Paulo Ferreira---what did you want me to chose Secretario?lol. Paulo is top class one of the best playing today
CB.Jorge Costa---the leader, Porto's greatest captain ever
CB.Ricardo Carvalho---top class, you know why i choose him. Top five defender in the world
LB.Esquerdinha---played 3 seasons of great football, unfortunately he liked to "party" too much and was sold to Zaragoca. But was a great player for Porto
DM.Paulinho Santos---this guy was FC PORTO. a true legend
RM.Capucho---what a player he was. his last season was bad but he had 5-6 awesome seasons. Should have started instead of Figo in the WC2002
AM.DECO---o magico. did everything you could ask from in a player. World Class, will be missed.
LM.Drulovic---Eventhough he went to Benfica he will always be remembered as a legend
CF.Domingos---Great portuguese striker if the 90's. Led Europe in scoring once
CF.Jardel---goals after goals after goals.....

i didn't choose Fernado Gomes, Madjer, Branco, Futre etc...cuz i never saw them play.

others who almost made it.
Rui Barros
Sergio Conceicao
Aloisio
Zahovic
Artur
