How do I clear Individual Training?

Nope I dont have the game on ps2 but I found out how to clear it anyway.

Though I wanted to try and buy a player but the transfer window was closed

For PC how do you clear only 1 persons training? I have to press the "clear' button but everyones is lost and I have to redo everything. Very annoying
