Just bought this player, bargain at 75 000 GBP. Good enough for division 5 in England anyway. Good speed/stamina and ball control, improve play intell and I'll be happy.

Not neccessarily, I've trained some of my guys from 50,000 USD to 120,000 USD, patience is all if you're going to train your team to be the best.
