Young players in cm12

I am in the year 2015 in career mode and I have noticed a problem: i can't find young players in cm12 even if they exist in the game. e.g. usig the search from in-game transfer market, i've founded a 17 years player that i want to buy. If i want to search him in creation master 12 to see him or to edit him, the program can't find him. why?
